Our Corporate Governance Committee identifies, interviews and recommends director nominees for election to the Board pursuant to written guidelines approved by the Board. The Corporate Governance Committee also develops and recommends to the Board corporate governance guidelines and standards for business conduct and ethics and oversees the annual self-evaluation of the Board and its committees and makes recommendations concerning the structure and membership of the other Board committees.
